Collections
All of the collections below require a minimum, non-refundable deposit of $200 to confirm your wedding date.Full payment of the collection retainer is needed before your wedding date. All collections
require a list to be made the week of your wedding with Donna Mathews. This list is a guide
that assists us in capturing your special memories and it helps the wedding
photography run more smoothly.
Unlimited
The collection retainer of $1,500 includes the non-refundable professional fee of $300. The remaining $1,200
credits toward your prints and/or album order (ask Donna about album prices). This collection provides an
opportunity for candids to be taken as early as 45 minutes before the ceremony and all selected groups
after the ceremony. The reception is covered until either the Bride and Groom leave or at the time when
dancing begins. The price list for wedding candids is listed below. Additional travel fees will be charged for
locations outside of Gainesville. Remember you will need to make an appointment with Donna during the week
of your wedding to make a list of candids that you would like to be taken at the wedding.
Gainesville Only
This small collection is provided for Gainesville weddings and includes only 1 1/2 hours of photography.
The collection retainer of $350 includes the non-refundable professional fee of $100. The remaining $250
credits toward your print order (price list below). The non-refundable deposit of $200 will need to be
paid when you reserve your wedding date. The remaining $150 must be received 2 weeks prior to your wedding.
When making your list with Donna some time during the week of your wedding, you will let her know what time
you need them to arrive for photography.
Wedding Candids in the Studio
This collection has a non-refundable retainer of $250 (no professional fee is charged). The retainer must
be paid in full before your appointment time. The Bride and Groom and all others in the party should
be dressed in their wedding attire upon arrival at the studio. Mat will photograph poses just as if he
was at the wedding. All of the collection retainer ($250) will be credited toward your portraits (price list below).
